Indiana men’s basketball is set for its final nonconference matchup of the season, taking on Kennesaw State at 6 p.m. on Friday at Assembly Hall.

The task is simple: close out the buy game slate without making any news, that’s it. The Hoosiers spent plenty of time getting work in over the break, with Kel’el Ware spending some of Christmas Day in Cook Hall and Mackenzie Mgbako getting shots up back home in New Jersey.

Here’s everything you need to know about the game:

When is the game and how can I watch?

Time/Date: Friday, December 29 at 6 p.m.

Location: Assembly Hall, Bloomington, Indiana

TV: Big Ten Plus

Radio: WHCC 105.1 / WIUX 99.1

Indiana (9-3, 2-0 Big Ten) is coming off of a close one against Morehead and a rout over North Alabama, one of two comfortable victories in buy games alongside Harvard. The Hoosiers shot the lights out against the Lions, making 12 of their 24 attempts from deep. Malik Reneau led all scorers with 15, including four 3-pointers.

Kennesaw State (9-4, 0-0 ASUN) is in year one under former Alabama assistant Antoine Pettway, who specialized in the offensive side of the court. The Owls don’t like holding onto the ball too long, with an average possession length of just 13.7 seconds, good for second in the nation. Indiana tends to take opponents deep into the clock, so that’s something to keep an eye on. They’re top-100 in attempts from deep but convert just 30.4%.
