Hoosiers secure first top-10 recruiting class since 2018, best since 2013

In just over a calendar year, Indiana's second-year head coach has won six recruiting battles -- and that's without factoring in Tamar Bates' late addition to the 2021 class, plus several transfer additions and returns. And now, Woodson can say he's secured the Hoosiers' first top-10 ranked recruiting class since 2018, and the highest-rated since 2013. With 247Sports on Wednesday dropping its final top-150 basketball player rankings for the 2022 class, Indiana finds itself with the No. 8 overall recruiting class in the nation according to both the 247Sports team rankings and the 247Sports Composite Rankings. When factoring in strictly average recruit rankings, Indiana also checks in at No. 8, ahead of Big Ten foes Ohio State, Michigan and Illinois. So, don’t miss a single moment of the NFR LIVE action.
