Whop Philyor is already’s Indiana’s top receiver.

On Thursday, he joined a list of the nation’s best players at his position.

The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation revealed its watch list for the Biletnikoff Award, which is handed out annually to the nation’s top FBS receiver, regardless of position. He’s also the 13th Hoosier to amass both 125 receptions and 1,500 yards.
