Indiana received its long-awaited 20-game Big Ten schedule on Wednesday, and our first thought?

It could be a tough road ahead.

The Hoosiers will have two games each against No. 8 Illinois, No. 5 Iowa and No. 13 Michigan State — three of the top four teams in the official unofficial preseason Big Ten media poll — while getting Wisconsin once on the road. IU will also have home-and-home matchups with Purdue (duh!), No. 24 Rutgers, No. 25 Michigan and Northwestern.

Here’s the full schedule, including updated tip-off times where available. Note the particularly daunting three-and-a-half-week stretch of games that begins with a showdown with Purdue on Jan. 14. Then again, who knows in what order these games will be played. Because, you know.

In addition to announcing its Big Ten matchups, IU also revealed that next Wednesday’s season opener against Tennessee Tech is scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m. Eastern and air on BTN.
