Three Things: Indiana 62, Notre Dame 60

The Hoosiers won despite blowing a 17-point second-half lead

NCAA Basketball: Crossroads Classic-Notre Dame at Indiana Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

Indiana narrowly escaped the Crossroads Classic on Saturday, beating Notre Dame 62-60. The Hoosiers are now 11-1 on the year with just one non-conference game left on the schedule—a home game against Arkansas in just over a week. They’ve won three in a row since forgetting to show up against Wisconsin.

1. Armaan Franklin

The freshman had quite the game in his hometown. The Cathedral alumnus not only scored a game-high 17 points, but also hit the game-winning 3-pointer:

2. Second-half Slump

With just over 15 minutes left in the game the Hoosiers led by 17 points. That obviously didn’t last as 10 minutes later Notre Dame took a lead. Very normal, very good.

3. Are the Hoosiers any good?

No idea!
