In a highly-anticipated showdown with rival Kentucky, the Indiana men’s soccer team drew 0-0 in double overtime. The performance had both positives and negatives on the night as the offense struggled but the defense held firm to salvage the draw.

Auston and Jacob look at the few bright spots in the game while also taking a bigger picture look at the start of the season. Behind a loaded freshman class, Indiana has started off strong. Auston also dishes on Indiana’s two fullbacks who have been vital in the team’s success this season while also discussing one of the top players in the nation transferring into the Hoosier program this fall.

Then, the two jump back into American football by briefly previewing Rutger, who has been dismantled by injuries on top of its general Rutger-ness. The two also look at Michael Penix’s spot in Pro Football Focus’ newly-released quarterback rankings and discuss whether he’s an elite quarterback in the Big Ten.

Lastly, Auston talks of Indiana baseball’s second fall game and some takeaways from the exhibition contests.
