On Sunday, four-star guard Luguentz Dort announced his top six schools for consideration and included Indiana on the list.
Along with Indiana, Dort also listed Arizona State, Baylor, Miami, Michigan State and Oregon in his top-6.
According to 247Sports Dort is the 31st-best player in the class of 2018 and is just on the cusp of being considered a 5-star prospect with a composite score of .9894. The threshold for 5-star prospect is a .99.
Either way, Dort is an elite athlete, and physical specimen for his age as a 6’5”, 220 pound combo guard.
Interestingly enough, Dort is a part of this new revolution in Canadian player development that includes the third best prospect in the class of 2018, R.J. Barrett.
Dort recently played for Team Canada at adidas Nations in Houston and he will be playing his senior year of basketball in Orlando, Florida at The Conrad Academy.
