Since 2014 Sheehey has bounced around the NBA and Europe, but has yet to find a consistent home.
In 2014, Sheehey played in the Summer League with the New York Knicks and in 2016 he played in the Summer League for the New Orleans Pelicans.
After Summer League with the Pelicans, Sheehey then went to play in France before returning to the G-League with Raptors 905 in January, where the team won a league title.
With the Raptors, Sheehey averaged 10.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 38 games, shooting 35.2 percent from three and establishing himself as a solid defender.
