Per Jeff Rabjohns of Peegs, Archie Miller has received some more great news on the recruiting trail.

Justin Smith follows Al Durham and Collin Hartman as players who decided to return to Indiana following the dismissal of Tom Crean.
Smith, the 4th-ranked player in the state of Illinois and 16th at his position, gives Archie Miller and his staff so much needed size and versatility to a guard-heavy roster. Smith held offers from several high-major programs like Xavier and Florida State, ultimately picking the Hoosiers over Villanova.
After meeting with Archie Miller, Justin Smith’s father had this to say:
Archie Miller looked each of us in the eye and he didn’t sugarcoat anything. He said it’s going to be tough, it’s going to be hard, but with hard work, the rewards will be there. And he said it with conviction and honesty. That’s what you look for in a guy.
The other member of the 2017 Indiana class, Clifton Moore, who had asked for his release following the dismissal of Tom Crean and prior to the hiring of Archie Miller, has yet to make any statements after meeting with Archie MIller regarding his decision for next season.
Welcome (back) to Indiana, Justin Smith.
