Indiana just nabbed the biggest star of the 2017 recruiting class to date — and Tom Allen might have his son to thank.
Thomas Allen, a just-enrolled freshman at Indiana just a few days into his collegiate career, helped to bring his Plant High School teammate Whop Philyor to Bloomington to play for his father earlier this week. Today, he’s helped the Hoosiers reel in an even bigger fish.
247Sports is reporting former USC commitment and 4-star athlete Juwan Burgess has flipped his pledge from the Trojans to Indiana. The report was confirmed by Matt Weaver of Peegs.com.
247’s database lists Burgess on being on an official visit at Florida today, as well.
