Jordan Howard slipped to the fifth round of the draft and was all but inactive the first three weeks of the season. On Wednesday, he was named to the Pro Bowl.
The Bears rookie will replace injured Arizona Cardinal back David Johnson.
About time.

Congrats @JHowardx24 on making the 2017 #ProBowl! pic.twitter.com/HJqvVD2IIy
Howard is the first Bears rookie to be named to the Pro Bowl since Gale Sayers in 1965, the first Bears running back since Matt Forte and the first Bears rookie since Kyle Long in 2013.
All in all, it’s the cap on what was truly a fantastic season for Howard.
