Sports and politics: two great tastes that always taste great together. Politicians regularly try to leverage Popular Local Sports Personalities to convince people to vote for them, so it should probably not be remotely surprising that this is happening ahead of May 3rd's Indiana primary: Bobby Knight, an angry old man who used to coach basketball, will join Donald Trump, a sentient pumpkin with a bad haircut, at his campaign stop in Indianapolis Wednesday.
BOBBY KNIGHT, legendary Hoosier coach, to rally with Trump in Indy on Wednesday

It should be even less surprising to dedicated readers of The Crimson Quarry Dot Com, as we actually (kind of) predicted something like this a few days ago.
TRUMP: how about the bobby knight guy! great basketball coach, the best. we should bring him back, right

[crowd cheers wildly]
For anyone who's been paying attention to Bob Knight for the past, let's say, 30 years or so, this is a pairing that makes a lot of sense. There's a lot of similarities there. Anyway, expect to hear a lot about this on Twitter. Elections are fun.
