Buss has made a name for herself in just over two seasons in Bloomington, becoming the fastest player in program history to reach 1,000 points this season. Through six games, she’s averaging a team-high 18.3 points, a team-high 3.3 steals, 3.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds.
Buss is also just seven points shy of cracking the top 20 in all-time scoring as she currently has scored 1,092 points in her career and just 17 steals and 27 assists from the top 10 in program history in both categories.
Led by Buss, the Hoosiers made the NCAA Tournament last season and featured in the top 25 earlier this season.
