Everything appears to be falling into place for the Cubs, who look set to add the bat of Kyle Schwarber to the roster for the World Series.

Schwarber was activated and assigned to the Arizona Fall League prior to the Cubs winning the NLCS this weekend, which was the first sign that he may be able to make a return to the World Series.
In his first game, according to the Chicago Tribune, Schwarber had an decent enough outing considering it was his first game action since tearing his ACL at the beginning of the season.
On Monday, Schwarber looked much more like War Bear in his Fall League game.
Kyle Schwarber smoked a double down the 1B line on first pitch in fourth plate appearance. Bat looked very quick. Slid in safe at 2B #Cubs
