A three star prospect and 691st overall player in the class of 2014 according to the 247Sports Composite, Indiana and Iowa State weren't the only schools after Tommy during the recruiting process. Programs such as Illinois, Michigan State, Kansas and Notre Dame also offered the St. Rita High senior.
Mister, talented enough to play on either side of the ball, played a lot of quarterback at the the prep level but will first get a shot to crack the IU lineup in the backfield, as the staff plans to suit up the Oak Lawn, Illinois native at running back. Last season he rushed for nearly 1800 yards and 30 touchdowns, while also throwing for over 1400 yards and 11 scores for St.Rita.
With Tommy now in the fold, Wilson and the Hoosiers are up to 19 verbal commits and are looking to finish off the 2014 recruiting class strong, with signing day now just weeks away.
