Earlier this week class of 2014 tight end Jordan Fuchs, made the switch from the Silver Knights of Rutgers to Indiana, after recently taking an official visit to campus. The next day the staff offered another tight end. Three star class of 2015 prospect, Chris Clark, a 6-5 240 pound, Ridgewood, New Jersey native became one of the latest recruits to receive a chance to play at Indiana.

"Coach (Seth) Littrell told me I had the offer. I was super excited about it because it was my first Big Ten offer. Its such an excellent conference. It was a big deal to me." Clark told The Crimson Quarry soon after receiving his offer from Indiana. "Coach Littrell has told me I am the type of player they want in their offense. A tight end that can make plays is important with what they want to do." He added.

Clark, is not a one dimensional player. A pretty solid blocker. Chris has the skills to put a defender on his back on one play and on the next, beat the opposition for a huge play. Showing soft hands and nice route running for a player of his size, he is a for sure threat whenever he is out on the field.

Boston College, Georgia, North Carolina State, Pittsburgh, Texas Tech, Syracuse, Virginia and most recently the Ohio State Buckeyes, are just a few of the BCS Conference programs the Hoosiers find themselves up against for the The 17th best tight end in his class, according to 247Sports. All those teams have sent full ride scholarships to Clark, who had 45 receptions for well over 400 yards receiving and seven touchdowns last season as a junior for Avon Old Farms in Connecticut.

Even with that impressive list of teams after him, Clark is still very interested in the Hoosiers and believes the future is going to be very bright in Bloomington. " I am really excited in the direction the program at Indiana is going. They showed in some games this year the type of explosive offense that is very intriguing to me." Clark said.
