Not good.

I haven't had the stomach to look at the box score yet. Given NU's two end zone interceptions and IU's kickoff return for a touchdown, I'm guessing it's not pretty. Fairly or not, the play that will stick in the minds of IU fans as they evaluate this season (particularly the coaching situation) was the indefensible, inexcusable decision to force Ben Chappell to throw on third and long on the first meaningful play of his career. That play let NU back in the game, but overall, they pushed us around all day and their defense was way more effective than it should have been. IU is not a very good team.
