The real fun finally begins tomorrow. This will be an interesting week with a few games that could go either way. Here are my amateur picks for the first week of the Big Ten season.

Michigan State @ Minnesota - Minnesota. Going with the Gophers, because the Barn is such a tough place to play

IU @ Iowa - IU.

Nebraska @ Ohio State - OSU. This is likely the most lopsided game of the first week.

Illinois @ Purdue - Illinois, not because I think the IIllini are good, but because I think Purdue is bad.
