On New Year's Eve, IU beat Ohio State for the Hoosiers' best Big Ten win of the Crean era. In Columbus, can IU upset the Buckeyes and give IU its first two-game sweep of the Crean era? Go IU!

I'm going to say OSU wins by 9

think both teams will come out incredibly focused. Hopefully foul issues don’t plague these teams like last game. Would love to see ~30 minutes of Zeller and Sullinger going at it.

a little more news

Hoosiers’ cheerleaders won a national championship last night in Florida. Where are they going to hang that banner?

That’s just unfortunate. Four guys under the hoop and we tip it to OSU.

It feels worse than 11-5.

I would like to see that one again. Looks like Sheehey grazed him at worst, but that wasn’t a good angle. Should have pulled up, however.

Pritch is playing pretty well. A couple nice boards and both ends and a great little pass.

Has OSU been whistled for a single foul?

2 to answer my own question, but only 4 for IU.

We certainly are getting outplayed, but man there is a lot of bumping out there.

Finally drawing some calls. I think OSU’s defense was seeing how far they could push it.

I really didn’t think I could get pissed today, considering the low chance of victory, but this team needs to figure some shit out. Unquestionably the worst 60 minutes of ball of the season over the last 1.5 games.

Some good looks that aren’t falling. Watford got one, finally.

Well, a bit livelier on offense at least.

I just told my wife that I would have roth shoot from halfcourt on every possession. It looks like our strategy isn’t far off.

Just got in

to see the last couple of minutes. Looks like the Buckeyes put this one away early.
Although, IU scored 49 in the second half? That a result of OSU not caring or better execution – or both?
Also, quick calculation – it appears Watford has gone 2-for-16 on two’s since the Michigan game.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because let's be real they always come for the Jews.
Then they came for me, and I did not speak out because they actually came for me back when they came for the nerds."

Had to watch the game on DVR

the Minnesota game was infinitely less encouraging. With this game the turnovers and inability to hit water if they fell out of a boat, put them in such a deep hole there was no recovery. They pulled it together in the second half and looked much better. No shame in losing to a Final Four team in that fashion on the road.

Would really like to see that zone defense scheme die though. I think that is killing us on the perimeter. Neither team was able to defensively stop each other in the second half. Defense needs work and ball handling and this team is right back in it. One more impossible game @ Wisconsin and then it is much calmer schedule waters. Just have to weather the storm.
