Here it is, my week 4 ballot. There weren't many major changes in my ballot this week, but below the fold you can see my ballot and my rationale for those that might raise eyebrows.

SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings "
First, I already had moved LSU to #1, and I think the win at Mississippi State justifies it further. I switched Oklahoma and Alabama based on the strength of OU's win at Florida State. This is where some might say, "well, that's not right, Alabama didn't do anything wrong." That's true, but my approach, and the approach generally favored by the Blogpoll, is that there is no ongoing entitlement to a particular spot. I moved Texas way up, perhaps too far. It will sort itself out eventually. The win at UCLA was pretty convincing. I dropped Oregon, not because the Ducks did anything wrong last week, but because I didn feel comfortable having a one loss team so high when so many remain undefeated. It would be different if Oregon had an impressive win to go with its justifiable loss. I moved Baylor, Georgia Tech, and Illinois into the poll. IU's home game against Illinois is looking tougher every week. Two Big Ten schools, MSU and Northwestern (Army) get the hook.
