Hope the guy gets better
Possibly the hardest working Hoosier out there
Well that sucks
Best wishes to Will for a good and total recovery.

God damn it.
Least we still have Oladipo. And if we want to find a silver lining perhaps it is this: remy will get most of sheehey’s minutes until he comes back and from what I’ve seen he’ll make the most of em.

Also Etherington
I’d rather have Hulls and Jones only get about 25 minutes apiece, and have Abell take up those minutes.

I don’t despise Verdell like some IU fans do, but I do think he’s on the court too much. Being one of the few guys on the team who can create his own shot is a definite plus, but we don’t need that very often anymore. What were the assist numbers against Howard? Something like 30 assists on 35 shots? That’s riDICulous. In short, I want Verdell to see the court, but I’d be happy if half his minutes went to Remy. Kid has some fire for a freshman. I see why Tommy C liked him.
Now as for Etherington….I’m just not seeing it yet. I know the advantage of having a tall as hell plus accurate jump shooter but for right now I don’t think he has the all around game to demand PT. Seems like a guy Crean should have considered redshirting.

Etherington
I guess that I have not seen enough of Etherington yet to get a feel for him. And as we head into the Big Ten season, my guess is that we see very little of him. And that is as clear an indication as any that things have changed around here. Three years ago, a kid like that would have played 15+ per game as a freshman in the conference season. And would have struggled, too.
