There was some movement at the top. I don't consider any school to have a lock on a particular spot, regardless of whether the team wins or loses. Boise didn't do anything wrong, but if Virginia Tech continues its death spiral, then the Broncos simply will not have a quality win all year. Ohio State impressed against Miami, too.
