Best and Worst Coverage of IU Football on-line?

I am interested in learning from others where the best sources of IU Football are on-line.  I can advise you on where not to look for IU Football News, Updates, and Stories.  Comments below are strictly opinions.

Worst

1.  Terry Hutchens and his coverage for the Indianapolis Star - He refuses to cover the real stories and instead feeds the public basic and general information and game recaps.  My experience says he is afraid to take a tough position on real story lines.

Has the best coverage, football and basketball. Inside the Hall also has very good basketball coverage. For all of his faults, Hutch covers game action well. I don’t bother to read his analysis any longer.

Did you happen to catch the recent article about Northwestern and how this is (literally) the first year that they are actually marketing their football program? They apparently didn’t even have an athletic ticket office before this year either.

Crap. That was supposed to go under the Towson preview post. On topic, Matt Weaver at Peegs does a great job.

The guys at Rivals do a very good job. I imagine John Decker at Scout does as well (he did a good job when he was with Rivals), but I have to admit that I’m a Peegs devotee and the Scout site has never become part of my rotation.

I have criticized Hutch from time to time, but I don’t blame him for the overall condition of the Star’s college football coverage. The Star, like most newspapers, is shrinking, and with two major pro teams plus auto racing, I don’t think that college sports is much of a priority. The H-T does a great job, but because of the pay wall, I don’t reach much more than Hoosier Scoop. I’m not boycotting or anything, but I’m not one to recycle premium content here, so it’s not worth the money to me. I hope the H-T reconsiders at some point.
