Today is the day that college football recruits from across the country will fax their letters of intent to their chosen schools.  IU's Recruiting Central page shows that IU has collected 23 letters of intent or early enrollers.  According to Rivals, IU is waiting only on Andre Kates, a 3 star defensive back from Brooklyn, New York.  Kates's commitment was considered a bit shaky, but a quick Google search reveals no evidence that he has signed anywhere else yet.
