Indiana Hoosiers at Wisconsin Badgers (game thread).

Indiana Hoosiers at Wisconsin Badgers, Feb 13, 2010 2:00 PM EST

Do the Hoosiers have a prayer?  The odds say no, but let's hope for some substantial improvement at the very least.

Wish I saw some improvement

These first five minutes of game action really have me doubting we’ll see much of that today. 14-2 Badgers as I type this with sadness in my heart.

Bohannon - 30

Indiana – 39

Yeah, it’s one of those games.

It's been the first time in a long time...

That he’s not injured. Bo just said that they’ve been withholding media info about him for years.

Dakich

Railing on the effort and lack of pride for players in the IU uniform. Trying to show he’s unbiased and that he’d say this about anyone, but you can hear the extra fire in his voice it being the Hoosiers. Third straight no show. No excuses for that to happen with Indiana basketball.

time to step up

this team needs to start playing with more heart. i can deal with a loss at wisconsin, i can deal with losses to ohio state and even northwestern, but i can’t keep dealing with this effort. i understand they are freshman and sophomores for the most part, but sooner or later i figured they would turn it around. honestly, i thought we were there after the losses to purdue and illinois. boy was i wrong. dakich is absolutely spot on in his assessment. i think they are starting to feel sorry for themselves, starting to use their inexperience and lack of depth as an excuse. their might not be any senior leadership on this team, but they are running into it every game from the other big ten teams.

hopefully they will rally down the home stretch, more of the pitt/purdue/illinois iu teams, less of the ohio state/wisconsin….
