Not sure

What to expect today, but I’m excited. So long as Indiana doesn’t dig a 20 point hole in the first three minutes, I think we should be able to hang within ten most of the game. Just hope we play smart smart basketball and can be celebrating an upset today.

Three pointers

Charges, offense, man. There’s honestly no better way to start this game 12-4 Hoosiers.

Pleased

Missed a couple of shots there in the last two possessions, but they were good looks, so I can’t be too upset. Up five. Keep up the pressure, boys.

This looks like a different team the last two games. That’s not to say we’ll win this one, but we don’t look as overpowered as I expected. Patterson is a beast, though.

Kentucky

Playing very sloppy ball, but Indiana is really pressuring them. Great stuff

Hoosiers

Getting sloppy now.

Kentucky 9-0 in second chance points.

They really present a lot of problems for us.

Yup

They’re getting settled in, which is bad news.

Our guys need to start exploiting Kentucky’s double teams better.

Good work guys

Staying alive in this one. 5-7 from 3 range.

Can’t really rely on that all day.

Two minutes to half

Hoosiers down only one. Cannot complain. Just need a strong finish to the half and need to not come out flat.

Regardless of what happens today, this team is starting to figure it out.

wow, real exciting half so far

no way either team keeps up this red-hot shooting in the 2nd half though. should be interesting.

Unfortunately

I like Kentucky’s chances of stopping us better than the other way around. Hopefully I’m wrong today.

Wooo

Only down one at the half!

Being outrebounded big time, need to work on that, keep up the pace we’ve been going, and just stay in this one. Just stay alive until we get to the end and then take it.

Really a pretty even half. Both teams had their runs, both good and bad. I really hated to see UK that last basket of the half after such good defense.

Creek

With 17 at the half. Keep feeding the monster.

Two exciting games on right now

Butler down two to the Turner-less Bucks at halftime. Butler is so bad. Whoever was driving that hype machine in the national media must feel dumb now.

HALFTIME STATS:

Hot shooting: Indiana 63%, UK 56%

IU is 5-8 from 3, UK is 4-9

IU has only one OR, UK has 7. IU has missed only 10 shots, but that’s still a poor percentage

Each team has only 4 turnovers.

Creek has 17points ON 6/9, 3/4, 2/2. Eight other Hoosiers have between 2-5 points.

Watford, at 2-7, is the only Hoosier shooting under 50 percent from the field.

63%

Wow. Can’t count on that forever.

Creeek

Wowww. Quit talking about John Wall. Let’s hear about Maurice Creek!!

by goodlucksaturday on Dec 12, 2009 1:08 PM EST reply actions

Yikes

This stretch has been ugly since that alley oop.

by goodlucksaturday on Dec 12, 2009 1:13 PM EST reply actions

Well, that lead was fun.

Yup

That’ll probably do it. Offensive rebounds, Hoosiers making bad decisions not even getting shots, and ones. Looking at a fifteen point game. Don’t think we can make this go away, but hopefully I’m wrong…

by goodlucksaturday on Dec 12, 2009 1:27 PM EST reply actions

19-0 run

Yeah…that’s not gonna win you many games if you’re on the wrong side of that.
